Organizational responsibilities

In this section is a group of pages that describe the responsibilities for each chair including general chairs, programming chairs, local organization chairs, registration chairs, finance chairs, exhibits chairs, tutorial chairs, etc. There will be one page per position. We might populate these pages from the ACM conference handbook.
